The HB-01F/S series high temperature resistant housing has a cooling structure of front-end air chamber and rear-end water chamber. It is a product specially designed for special environments. In a high-temperature environment, the cavity is cooled by circulating cooling water, and the compressed air at the front end forms an air curtain, which can take away part of the heat and keep the windows clean. This product can be used in places where the ambient temperature is high and there is a lot of dust.
The water-cooling housing is equipped with a water cavity. The cooling water is input from the rear water inlet and discharged from the front water outlet through the water cavity to take away the heat. It can withstand ambient temperature of about 200ºC. The front end of the housing is equipped with an air cavity. The air is introduced from the air inlet at the front end. After being compressed, it can take away part of the heat through the inner cavity and be discharged from the exhaust port. However, the compressed air used is generally only coarsely filtered in the workshop. It is recommended that the user add a fine filter before the compressed air enters the housing.
It is suitable for places with combustible gases of Class IIA, IIB and IIC, Zone 1 and Zone 2 with ignition temperature group T1-T6, and places where combustible gases or vapors form explosive mixtures with air.
It is also applicable to areas 21 and 22 with ignition temperature group T1-T6 and places containing combustible dust mixture.
